How does pricing work?

Each property has a Business Account, which includes 5 Member Seats. Add a Member Seat for every extra team member, and pay monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free.

Do team members pay to use Paddl?

No. Team members never pay for themselves. Each one fills a Member Seat in your property's Business Account.

What's included in a Business Account?

Everything your property needs to run Paddl: the Admin App for your managers, the Members App for your team, and every live connection across Training, Workforce and Reviews, from Employment Hero and Typsy to Google Business. Each Business Account includes 5 Member Seats.

What if we don't use many other systems?

Paddl is useful on its own from day one. Add your team, upload your own training and set requirements once: Paddl assigns and tracks them for you. Each connection you add later saves more time.

How long does it take to get set up?

Book a demo and we'll set up your Business Account with you, and Paddl is useful from the first day. If you'd like more help, add a Guided Launch and we'll take your managers through set-up over 6 weeks.

What if we have more than 200 team members?

Talk to our team. We'll work out pricing with you for larger properties and hotel groups.

Do you work with hotel groups and operators?

Yes. Hotel groups and operators work with a Paddl Account Manager through a Managed Account, with an optional Guided Launch or a pilot at one property first. Each property runs its own Business Account, so you can add properties at your own pace.
