About us

Paddl started out helping people build skills for work. Running Ignite Hospo, an innovation programme for hospitality, showed us what hotels were up against: training, compliance and people records spread across too many systems, and managers losing hours to admin instead of leading their teams.

So we rebuilt Paddl for hotels, working side by side with hotel teams. It is now the People and Performance Operating System (PPOS). It connects the tools a property already runs, automates the admin between them, and links people data to the results that matter, from guest reviews to revenue.
