Check understanding inside every Activity.

Typeform is an online form and survey builder, known for asking one question at a time.

Pick any form you've built in Typeform and add it to an Activity as a content block, straight from the Create Activity view. It works well for quizzes, surveys, sign-offs and more. Team members complete the form without leaving their training, and the Activity can't be marked complete until they do. Responses are recorded in Typeform, with the rest of your form data.

Completed Activities work like any other: add them to Programs and send each Activity Record to your HR system.

To connect, sign in with your Typeform account on the Connections page.
