Employment Hero is an HR and payroll platform for employee records, onboarding and pay.

Team members and groups come across from Employment Hero and stay in sync. New starters are invited to Paddl automatically, so nobody is entered twice or left waiting for an invite. In the other direction, completed Activity Records are sent back to each team member's Employment Hero profile as Certifications.

Connect your account from the Connections page, then choose which profile fields stay in sync, including Status, so anyone archived in Employment Hero is archived in Paddl too. Choosing which Activities send a Certification takes a single click.
