An experienced and enthusiastic engineering manager helping the growth of Ribbon Communications Unified Communications as a Service solution. Worked across different roles within the support and design organizations and have a passion for better customer service and customer experience. Having the opportunity of serving customers from all around the world - most of which are Tier1 operators – had the chance of working locally in Australia for six months. Outside of technical responsibilities, recruiting and developing talent and building self-operating teams that help my organization sustain the good work in any circumstance.
