Extensively used Salesforce to create reports of past sales contracts to analyse and identify renewal opportunities. I then used Microsoft excel to manipulate the data to create useful reports. Worked closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) by assisting in researching key market verticals for potential future clients. This was part of an ongoing project to acquire upmarket clients.
