Role involves taking inbound business customer care calls for the St George group of banks: St George, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA. Exposed to a wide variety of business banking problems where I was able to tailor solutions and assist in the operation of the Business Banking Online operations.

Business Banking Essentials, Westpac Campaign

Extensively used Salesforce to create reports of past sales contracts to analyse and identify renewal opportunities. I then used Microsoft excel to manipulate the data to create useful reports. Worked closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) by assisting in researching key market verticals for potential future clients. This was part of an ongoing project to acquire upmarket clients.

Graduated in July 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from The University of Queensland. I have a passion for startups and technology. I have worked in various roles from marketing to business development. Currently looking for a graduate role in financial services or business consulting, where I am able to apply innovative technology solutions to business problems. 

Assisted in doing industry research of micro-finance in Indonesia. This involved gathering statistical data of the economy such as the unbanked population of Indonesia. Created reports with the data using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Collecting and preparing a summary of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority’s (OJK) legal regulations for Fintech client.

Worked in a team of consultants to improve the financial and operational sustainability of Little Legs Animal rescue, a non-profit charity that deals in the foster care and rehoming of rescued animals. Worked on assessing current social media and web presence with a digital marketing audit. 
Developed a content marketing strategy to increase brand engagement and achieve greater online donations.

Involved in a growth marketing campaign in relation to the launch of Amity 2.0. 
Helped in creating the infrastructure for data analytics using Amplitude Bay creating a robust and event taxonomy.
