We established our organic (in process of securing certification) vineyard in 2012 - having spent since 2008 preparing the soil based on regenerative and organic principles. 3 years later the 2015 vintage was let be taken by the birds making 2016 our first official Vintage.  Sherdale Pinot Noir 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and now 2021 are ready for labels and SALE!!  We also make "Soiree" our fabulous Rose also made from our pinot noir grapes; and, a Verjuice too. The website is in planning, the labels ready for printing ... so close to making a dream I have been working since we bought our 16 acres of paradise on the Mornington Peninsula in 2007!! Committed to infinite learning I completed a Diploma in Organic Farming and continue to upskill myself in regen agriculture. Cannot wait to share :-)
