While employed with Master Builders Tasmania I began employment as a Training Administration Trainee. In December 2021 I was promoted to Training Project Officer which included taking on more responsibility and control over the MBT Pathways Program and the Construction Safe White Card Program with secondary schools.  During my time in this role I have had the opportunity to create the Building a High-Vis Army Program in collaboration with multiple industry organisations. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to represent Master Builders Tasmania and the construction industry in general, encouraging career pathways within the Construction Industry to young Tasmanians.

Reception duties, welcoming members and visitors to Master Builders Tasmania and directing enquiries to the appropriate person or department.

Preparation of training materials in readiness for training courses, ensuring that all resources were available and professionally presented.

Provide training administration support including, invoicing and any other general tasks to support the professional standard expected of the Master Builders Tasmania.

Liaising with members regarding licencing requirements & education opportunities, through providing current and accurate information relevant to their business needs.

Committed to completing training for my traineeship through a mix of ‘on-the-job’ training and completing assignments in my own time.

My position required that I controlled the stationary supplies, grocery supplies, maintained room bookings, control and reconciled petty cash.
