While employed with Master Builders Tasmania I began employment as a Training Administration Trainee. In December 2021 I was promoted to Training Project Officer which included taking on more responsibility and control over the MBT Pathways Program and the Construction Safe White Card Program with secondary schools. During my time in this role I have had the opportunity to create the Building a High-Vis Army Program in collaboration with multiple industry organisations. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to represent Master Builders Tasmania and the construction industry in general, encouraging career pathways within the Construction Industry to young Tasmanians.
