•	Performed plant specimen sampling for molecular testing from biosecurity greenhouse space.
•	Followed SOPs and MSDSs and performed master mix, primer and sample preparation, and DNA/RNA extractions by manually and automated systems.  
•	Conducted molecular assays such as PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, and ELISA to detect and identify exotic plant pathogens.

•	Responsible for preparing, coordinating, and processing research lab kits and test kits as required. 
•	Demonstrated experience in pathology, molecular, and biosecurity contamination level 2 and 3 laboratories. 
•	Conducted general laboratory maintenance followed GMPs and GLPs.
•	Contributed to weekly project updates and progress team meetings with directors, scientists, and researchers.

Research Intern

•	Supervised laboratory practical classes of up to 50+ undergraduate students in Inorganic, Organic, and Physical Chemistry daily.
