The Clinic was required to conduct research and provide assistance for climate NGOs, activists and individuals. My team and I were required to draft a memorandum of advice on court interpretation of legislation based in Australia, UK, Canada and New Zealand. We were required to present our findings and advice we gave to our client regarding strategic climate litigation.
