Prior to undertaking my degree, I was managing a restaurant in Prahran for around 2 years. Under my management it expanded it's operations, showing me a whole lot in terms of problem solving and logistics. I managed a team of 10 - 12, had creative input into new products and managed relationships with a large network of suppliers.
