IPS is a key research organisation in Sri Lanka providing insights to facilitate the implementation of economic and socially sustainable policies. Following my position, I assisted my colleagues with research and compiling a literature review regarding the bottlenecks to investing in Sri Lanka.

I am a postgraduate student completing a Masters of Commerce at the University of Adelaide. I have completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Economics and Finance. 

My work experience includes working as an Associate at Ernst and Young and being a team leader and project consultant in various organisations including start-ups and not-for-profits.

I further have experience as a freelance writer and a researcher, interning in Sri Lanka's leading think tank.

Having such a diversified work experience, I learnt how to thrive in challenging environments in the midst of information gaps. I am keen to continue pushing boundaries and going beyond my comfort zone to steepen my learning curve.

I am thus keen to work in a dynamic business landscape where I can continue to develop my professional skill-set.
