Introduction to Clinical Research

Ten years of research experience in molecular biology (PCR, electrophoresis, cloning, transformation, Western Blotting), protein chemistry (protein purification from yeast, bacteria, antiserum and mammalian and insect cells, kinase assay, immunoprecipitation, in vitro transcription and translation, autoradiography), cell biology (cell culture, transfection, generating stable cell lines, RNAi) and microscopy (immunofluorescence, time-lapse imaging, photoactivation experiments) and preparation of viral stocks (Baculovirus, Influenza virus). Strong time management, documentation, organisational and communication skills. 

After a career break, I would now like to re-enter the workforce. I'm open to roles in the pharmaceutical/clinical research/med-tech industries and am also available for internships.
