Key Duties: • Instil and sustain a strong customer service culture throughout the store. • Inspire and empower the team to achieve and exceed store sales targets. • Drive the store to achieve results by setting and maintaining best practice in operating standards and compliance to Godfreys' policies and procedures. • Develop and implement strategies to build a motivated and highly effective team.
