Updated the Bill of Materials for 4 assembly plants and a total of 5 vehicle platforms. Coordinated the plant’s stock and suppliers working with counterparts from USA, Brazil, India, China and Italy. Created new automated processes to keep track of BoM changes and possible mistakes. Created and imparted 4 “programming for automation” workshops which led to a 90%-time reduction in 16 processes.
