Primarily responsible for coordinating logistics (securing venue, guest speakers, volunteers, registration process, and programme) of our High School Cancer Symposium & Competition initiatives. Also worked with our team to secure partnerships and funding streams with research institutes and public health organisations e.g. The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute and Cancer Council Victoria

Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating the Yr 12 and Yr 11 English curriculum at Breakthrough Education. I created a 40-week program teaching skills in text analysis, expository, and opinion piece writing; marked assessments; and provided feedback. I taught over 120 students in 3 years, with approximately 1/3 achieving a study score in the top 10% of Victoria.

I manage the ACHSC's 3 high school initiatives which engaged with over 400 Yr 10 students in 2019. In 2019, I was also tasked with overseeing our expansion into NSW. I work with the executive team to devise new initiatives, marketing & growth strategies, evaluate our performance, and communicate with partners such as the Cancer Council of Victoria and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

I led a team of 5 student consultants to devise strategic recommendations and a marketing strategy for a leading Victorian refugee legal services provider. Our project involved market research, competitor analysis, and creating a final report & presentation as deliverables. Through this I strengthened my presentation,  leadership, & team management skills. I also received training at BCG and Nous.
