As an administrative assistance I need to be creative, innovative and problem solver to run various events and workshops. My roles include data entry, taking phone calls, booking appointments, promoting events, documentation, scrum methodology. I need to promote RMIT events by posting flyers in social media and sticking them on notice board.


Administration Assistant

I am a proactive college student (Masters in Electronic) currently attending RMIT University. During my academic career, I also managed to accrue hands on experience as Administrative Assistant, Scrum and other coding languages to deliver my university project results. I had the privilege of working for research project and helping the juniors to achieve their project end result at RMIT. Adding on I also worked for RMIT as an Administrative Assistance to support the RMIT student club with the activities and events. As an administrative assistance I need to be creative, innovative and problem solver to run various events and workshops. In my free time, I learned valuable professional skills such as firmware design, documentation, scrum methodology, testing the equipment’s.

Meantime I also worked as a Student Ambassador at RMIT, where I used to take Public and school students around RMIT and brief them about all the activities and clubs enrolled at RMIT. I also conduct various tour in and around RMIT, so that school students and public know more about RMIT. I worked as a event staff where I use to take online attendance and mail them the regarding the updates. 

During the time of research project, I handled a team throughout the project as a project lead and updated the regular tasks using Scrum methodology. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as adaptable by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which I hope to leverage into the Internship Program at your company.
