This was a busy clinic seeing up to 500 patients per day. In this role I was responsible for reception duties, diary and calendar management and for my last year at the clinic I was the main trainer for new incoming receptionists. This dynamic and fast-paced environment has provided with experience in stressful situations, prioritising and being very efficient with my time.
