I was lucky enough to work as a research assistant on a Churchill Fellowship research project, travelling to New Zealand, England, Ireland and Netherlands. The project focused on identifying the methods that farmers use to communicate how and why they farm to increasingly conscious consumers, who as a collective are placing more social license demands on the producers of their food.
