Tasks include: greeting and establishing a relationship with each customer to ensure they feel welcome and offering the service they need when buying a product. Customer service from the moment they walk in until they walk out is necessary. Opening and closing the store with general clean up and making sure the store is constantly kept to the high standard.

Hey there! I'm currently a Western Sydney University student studying a Bachelor of Industrial Design in my second year of study. I have a passion for learning new concepts and listening to other people explain ideas. My interests include:

I hope to develop my skills whilst studying in WSU and increase my product knowledge whilst working part time in JB Hi-Fi.

Tasks include: Back of house duties such as unboxing and processing accessories stock and marking off invoices. Putting stock on the floor and visual merchandising. Front of house - selling on the floor and working at the counter with the tills.
