I was responsible for client acquisition and management. I created marketing materials, pitched to pharmacy chains, handed out flyers to drivers and managed the marketing budget. I also managed the business operations. This involved accounting, website design, budgeting, business development, business plans, company registration, shareholder and equity agreements, pitch documents.
