I took on a temporary assignment within the Food & Beverage team to manage a few concurrent projects pertaining to upgrades within Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Here I was involved with the setup, implementation and employee training of a new Point of Sale and Inventory Management system (Fedelta POS). In addition to this, I conducted on-the-job training for the operational team.
