I am the supervisor of the Kidswear department at Kmart. I work within established guidelines (eg. product embargo, organisational policy, stock control) to ensure the success in sales and presentation for this department. I work intimately with my manager and fellow team members to obtain specific goals. I work hard to ensure I reach deadlines whilst undertaking other critical tasks concurrently.
