My role at the Royal Children's Hospital was to contribute my understanding and analysis of resources to evaluate their historical significance. I accurately transcribed and critically assessed historical tapes in order to preserve them. I underwent formal archival training to record these findings formally. Additionally, I produced written work for an exhibition at the hospital.

I am the supervisor of the Kidswear department at Kmart. I work within established guidelines (eg. product embargo, organisational policy, stock control) to ensure the success in sales and presentation for this department. At the Hellenic Museum I was responsible for  answering phone enquiries, receiving packages, processing over the phone payments and receiving clients for both the Hellenic Museum and the Melbourne Mint. I was also expected to complete my own personal research about the exhibitions in order to provide patrons with additional information. This was to be kept up to date and thorough.
