Course - Certificate IV In Commercial Cookery

I am student of Certificate IV in commercial Cookery. I am passionate for Hospitality in general, once I am Bacharel in Hospitality in my home country (Brazil) and I worked for about 5 years in a big Hotel.  
Than, I decided come to Australia to improve my English. I started work as cleaner once I wasn't very confident about speak then after a while I decided start a own small business, selling cakes, sweets and snacks. Also, I worked in few restaurants, but only as dishwasher and kitchen hand, where I got some experience working at kitchen environment. Now, I'm looking for new challenges and I'd like to put in practice everything I learned studying during more than a year at Holmes Institute. I am reliable, responsible, approachable, helpful, adaptable, polite, honest, positive, calm, good listener, efficient, able to work in a team and without supervision. Also I need to do the apprenticeship to get my certificate, what means I must to do at least 200 hours working under supervision.. Why I am the right person? Because I want it and I won't give up.
