I was one of few students chosen from thousands of applicants to participate in The University of Melbourne's Internship Program 2018. I worked for the Business Improvement Team using Human Centred Design to improve the internal strategies and processes of the University to achieve better student outcomes. My responsibilities included industry research, conducting interviews and running workshops.

I worked as a waitress and bartender across all the bars, clubs and restaurants within the Crown Complex where they were understaffed for particular shifts. This required me to work in virtually a new environment each shift and adapt to the fast pace workplace to provide a consistently high standard for customer service.

My key responsibilities included producing engaging written content (interviews, opinion and music concert reviews) as well as scheduling social media posts and assisting with video production projects.
