I am a detailed-oriented and results driven psychology graduate from the University of Melbourne who is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at RMIT University. 

I have 6 years customer service experience where I have developed excellent communication, team work and problem solving skills. I have a strong work ethic and can effectively work under high pressure situations. I have also developed my phone manner and interview skills through volunteering. 

When I am not studying, working or volunteering, I like to spend my time outdoors going for leisurely walks, or swimming. 

I am responsible for taking customers' orders and handling cash and credit transactions quickly and accurately, and I also prepare the store for the day.
