I am currently pursuing my master’s in business administration MBA from Western Sydney University, majoring in Supply chain logistics. I have a bachelor’s degree in computer application. 
I have close to 5 years of experience with the compliance, consulting, analysis and people advisory services industry. I have worked hard to attain excellence in managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s.  I also have implemented and administered  multiple database documentation, guidelines and policies.

I have worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate People Advisory Services for 2 years 6 months, where my main objective was to provide administrative support in terms of strategic planning and business operations. 
Managing, mentoring and leading the team in preparation of financial reports and associated submissions to clients gave me a unique understanding of client needs and helped my hone the skills needed to meet those needs. I worked with multiple global clients and assisted in their tax briefing, schedulings and preparation of their tax returns. 
My latest role was in Amazon as a Senior Associate in Compliance Operations where my objective was taking part in organizing and directing work in terms of administrative planning and operational support. Identifying regulatory compliance risk and work taking corrective actions enhanced my problem solving skills in a high pressure environment.  
Additionally, I was a pilot member of Amazon Global Services. Some of my duties included creating and maintaining the standard operating procedures and training materials. Through this, I have excelled in my ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences. I have excellent communication skills and great customer service experience.
