•	Conducting outbound calls to Business Providers in daybatch or from an excel spreadsheet as reminders to complete surveys.
•	Responding to inbound calls from the queue in IPFX explorer to assist Business Providers in completing the surveys.
•	Updating the PIMS Database Management system with data updates such as to Business Provider contact details and updating extensions.
