Feedback is a powerful tool for developing capability. But its something so many of us hate doing. Particularly when that feedback is critical. In this session we will explore how feedback can be a gift and how we can give critical feedback in a more meaningful and effective way.

Leadership: Giving Critical Feedback

I'm a creative designer with experience predominantly in print, digital and visual design. I have a keen interest in human-centred design because it aligns with my approach to work and life. I believe good design in all forms has the power to create meaningful and impactful changes to improve everyone's experience for the better. I really enjoy working collaboratively and appreciate the ability to learn through working with talented, passionate people.
