Flux Robotics is a company that develops robotic solutions for agriculture. The project I worked on was an AI weed detecting herbicide sprayer. My role as a mechanical design intern was to design and develop prototypes of a system to hold various sub-systems such as a weed detector, herbicide sprayer and motor control system using farm proof parts and materials. The prototypes must be mountable and automated.
