In this session we combine new insights and data with our improved idea. We use a suggested framework to craft a growth hypothesis for our idea / solution.  We then consider some ideation techniques to improve the solution and/or generate alternatives.

I have extensive experience working with digital technologies in commercial, education, and not-for-profit communities. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with education communities from all around the world, helping to support and encourage design thinking and customer experience. Throughout my career, I've been honored to receive multiple awards for innovative uses of technology in education.

My professional background has also led me to support various organizations in their pursuit of digital visions. I've provided design and delivery leadership for virtual learning environments and analytic ecosystems. Additionally, I had the privilege to be part of the founding executive team for an NZ 3D software start-up that specializes in 3D visual solutions for aviation, transportation, manufacturing, utilities, and education.

My entrepreneurial mindset has been crucial in my success, allowing me to develop strategic responses to digital disruptions that challenge traditional business models. I believe that my strength in digital agility, disruption, and transformation has enabled me to become a valuable contributor to various communities and organizations.
