 Manage all administrative reporting for Unit Recruitment and provide follow up assistance to potential recruits to ensure issues are minimised in a timely manner throughout the application process.  Prepare analytical reports on recruitment figures including monthly/yearly trends on recruits’ individual stages of readiness within the recruitment process, and present reports to senior officers on a regular basis.  Undertake Combat Engineer training and duties including construction, demolition, water craft and purification and working as a part of a team.
