Role required communication with the public to ensure accurate and correct management of public health concerns. Teamwork was necessary to take mitigating measures through locating places of COVID-19 transmission. This was completed by ensuring that we were supporting businesses and at risk locations including hospitals, nursing homes and their facility management and response protocols.
