Working as a pharmacy assistant has strengthened my organisational and customer care skills. Throughout this role, I have connected with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and have enjoyed working collaboratively to resolve their queries. Prioritising tasks, and working both independently and as part of a team, have also been key aspects of my role.
