• Managing several vendors for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development shop operations and Headquarters (HQ) organization • Using project management methodologies and techniques in developing and managing project plans • Working on local ERP implementation processes in a collaboration with E-Commerce and Product Improvement departments • Managing and supporting local IT projects • Developing user stories and detailed project documentation with process modelling • Implementation and upgrades of existing systems • Conducting system test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of a system • Carrying out call and ticket management • Reporting ticket and project status to Head of International IT • Preparing training manuals and providing IT training to employees of HQ and Shops • Inventory Management in HQ and Shops
