- Credit/salary assessments and calculating clients’ debts.
- Discuss with clients what money is owed to them.
- Answering queries via email and phone (occasionally at Wellington’s service desk call centre).
- Contact clients by letter to inform them of unpaid accounts and advise them on how to pay the overdue accounts.
- Filing.
- High volume of data entry.
- Keep records and prepare statements and legal documents.
- Arrange for legal action to be taken on unpaid accounts and organise the repossession of goods to settle unpaid bills.
