  • Discuss with clients what money is owed to them.
  • Answering queries via email and phone (occasionally at Wellington’s service desk call centre).
  • Contact clients by letter to inform them of unpaid accounts and advise them on how to pay the overdue accounts.
  • Filing.
  • High volume of data entry.
  • Keep records and prepare statements and legal documents.
  • Arrange for legal action to be taken on unpaid accounts and organise the repossession of goods to settle unpaid bills.
