Started as junior IT Support Analyst 2 years ago, I had progressed to now leading the IT support team and training new/junior team members. Our responsibility mainly involve providing friendly and professional IT support to all our staff in Australian and overseas offices, and meanwhile administering access for all users to all business systems our company uses. In short, we're responsible to ensure all staff have the technology they require to do their best work, including hardware, software, access, and infrastructure. Since I joined the team, I had initiated and accelerated the transformation of IT operation. We're now managing our IT and IT assets using professional practices in the industry, and are on trajectory to having 4 industry-certified experts on our team.
