For the "Transformando meu serviço" ("Transforming by service") project, I was involved since the planning stages and research, to the workshops until the in-loco design consultancy. This project was developed by the Strategic Design for Social Innovation Research Group together with SEBRAE-RS - an organisation that supports micro and small local businesses.
