I am Pratibha and preferred to be called Alicia. I am a dentist and currently studying in Deakin University. 
I have experience of different fields, starting from a medical background to a commercial world. It has been an interesting and memorable journey till date. I love adventures when it comes to career, innovation is something that is embedded in me. I wish and adore exploring different ideas when it comes to work. I am an active listener and observer, but never resist speaking when it comes to ideas. I had been a debater and had worked in radio station as a speaker during my teenage.
I had learned through time the importance of healthy criticism and importance of failures. This attribute took a while to get into me and meanwhile i discovered a hidden talent, best-out-of-waste craft. I used to work on anything kept next to me to calm myself during stressful times. This lead to crafts, which i love to create. Apart from this, i love dancing, reading and walking.

·	Considering needs of the group and working towards its engagement with Deakin Community.
