Now to Next provides experience and knowledge design for diverse projects and conferences such as OzWater 2020. It creates sustainable, human-centred systems for communities by analysing data and improving systems to achieve business goals aligned with the UN SDGs.

•	Analysed data for OzWater20 for their first online conference to support their 
        efforts in moving towards a hybrid system. 
•	Delivered a performance review for OZWater20 by using sentiment analysis, 
        transcribing speakers' webinars, and communicating graph information 
        meaningfully to improve customer experience and satisfaction for future years.
•	Developed an online course that will launch next year, including course materials, 
        video editing, content editing, and digital marketing strategy.

I am a Digital Marketing Specialist with over 10 years of experience in event management and project management. I have taken part, volunteered and worked with several organisations in different industries such as not-for-profits, local festivals, big expos, colleges and universities and global networks. I have a passionate interest in brand development, digital and sustainable practices to enhance business recognition and working with organisations to find the best digital strategy for their business. 

Currently, I am completing my bachelor of commerce at Deakin University, majoring in accounting and interactive marketing, whilst also volunteering as the head of Meld Magazine at Meld Community, an NFP that supports international students by providing them with a voice and offering genuine working experience to all students (local and international). 

In the past year, I have participated in many different hackathons including two Paddl innovation games, one hackathon with ANZDF, one with Hacker Exchange, with at Acase and City of Melbourne, and recently completed the Humanitarian Innovation Hackathon with RedR and Sydney University. 

I am seeking opportunities in the areas of digital marketing, event and project management, and digital innovation to grow my skill set and the organisation I partner with. 

Meld Magazine is a magazine under Meld Community, an NFP that provides international students with a voice and the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through the leadership program and Melbourne International Student Conference.
