Talent Coordinator - Experience

My journey with Paddl started way back in 2017, at the **very first ever Paddl Games**. At the time, I had completed a **Bachelor of Arts** at the _University of Melbourne_, where I majored in Media and minored in Anthropology. I'd worked in **retail and hospitality** for several years, but was yet to get that first foot in the door! Deciding to pursue further studies, with a **Master of Management (Human Resources)**, also at _UoM_, I stumbled across the wondrous thing that was was the **Scratch Space Challenge**, sponsored by _Metro Trains Melbourne_. That one-day experience of Paddl Games turned into two internships with _Metro Trains Melbourne_ and being invited back as a **Paddl Games Alumni** at several other innovation challenges. 

In addition to this, I've worked for consultancies in the talent space; for _Hudson_ as a **Test Coordinator/Assessor** and for a startup called _Beam Australia_ who specialise in role design and the future of work as an **Associate**. I've also completed a short student internship with _PwC Singapore_,  been a **Human Resources Intern** at _UoM_ and volunteered as **Human Resources Officer** for the _Students Association of Management and Marketing_. 

Other fun facts... I've completed my Gold Duke of Edinburgh, when I was 18 I ventured to Canterbury in the UK where I  had my first taste of full-time employment working at a boarding school and looking after the choristers of Canterbury Cathedral, I have a strong passion for travel! Most recently, I undertook solo travel in Central America.

I'm interested in all things talent including how we best prepare and adapt to changing talent preferences, organisational development and what the future of work means for organisational design. I'm also passionate about employee wellbeing and have a strong interest in positive psych and the power of presence/awareness.
