I am Co-Founder of the Educational Consultancy Yellow Arrow Leadership. www.yellowarrow.com.au

We believe leadership is developed through reflection, connection, theory and action and believe there is a perfect marriage between community projects and applying leadership skills. Therefore we have a particular focus on community leadership. We are always open to working with others and get a buzz from networking and creating collaborative partnerships that make a difference!

My career to date has been in not-for-profits and I am currently studying to become a Strategic Designer.

The world is becoming increasingly complex and I want to improve the quality of our thinking when it comes to working within complex systems (social, environment and economic).

I love bouldering, learning, cycling, music (both playing and listening), travel, hiking, improv, boardgames and community meals.
