I am a registered nurse. Since I can remember I have always wanted to nurse populations that are unable to advocate for their own care.   Developing pathways to better outcomes for older people is my passion and has driven me to develop research both as a PhD candidate with University of Newcastle (UON) and the PACE-IT project (http://www.hnehealth.nsw.gov.au/telehealth/Pages/PACE-IT.aspx). 
I feel fortunate to  work with a diverse group of people with this project.   I strongly believe it is by acknowledging other’s ideas, contributions, and opinions that great ideas and solutions are built.
