I recently worked as a Project Support Officer at SDS Training, a registered training organisation in the Vocational Education and Training industry, which operates across Queensland. I was part of the Resource and Learning Development Team, which primarily involved transferring text resources to an e-learning format. Additionally, I supported the Resource and Learning Development Team to ensure resources remained valid, relevant, and compliant. Accordingly, I have proactive experience assisting to deliver nationally accredited training and assessment.
