My strengths lie in business administration, operations, and development of key company documents such as pitch decks, business plans, and proposals. I have experience in preparing grant and funding applications as well as proposals and applications for a variety of other programs

Working with ResearchSat, Wright Technologies and Cognito Foundation has enabled me to develop a strong sense of self-confidence and my practical skills. My work with startups has also enabled me to develop strategic partnerships with government, industry, and academic bodies, working on projects with tight deadlines.

On a personal level I believe I have high levels of empathy, I am good at connecting with people through clear communication, openness and honesty, and I am a team player who can also act as a mediator in situations where there is conflict within the team.

Working with Loxton community to create a 10-year vision for the town’s revitalisation. Involved as an external consultant providing capacity building workshops, community development, and project management. Responsible for working with the youth to develop their entrepreneurial vision – encompassing the establishment of a youth social centre, a tertiary education campus and a co-working space.
