I was responsible for all on-air, on the street and online promotions and the maintenance of the corresponding calendars. I oversaw and executed a multitude of projects which included running anywhere from 5-15 promotions at a time, writing all the on-air and web content, create proposals for sales department aimed at all types of clients, and work with on-air and programming and web teams.

My name is Lauren Tuck and I am the owner/operator of Rah Rah Consulting.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked in media, sales, marketing, events and production to increase sales, identify and execute unique marketing solutions for clients, and train employees. Over the last five years, I worked as a digital content manager for eight radio stations, responsible for ten websites owned and operated by Grant Broadcasters. During that time, in addition to managing the content, I created innovative promotions and sales solutions for radio clients and the stations in general. I worked with sales executives to create and execute custom digital and on-air campaigns for radio clients, efforts resulting in new and augmented revenue streams generating hundreds of thousands of dollars for Grant Broadcasters.

I am accustomed to working under pressure and juggling multiple, competing priorities and managing and responding to expectations of regional general managers, general managers, sales executives, clients and listeners. When I am designing sales opportunities I always think about the end result, which is a satisfied client and a good return on investment.
