As part of my studies, I hosted a virtual event to promote self-care in isolation. My role as marketing manager naturally expanded to the event manager and team leader as the original manager did not appropriately communicate and collaborate with the event team. I managed internal and external stakeholders including staff, sponsors, artists and media to ensure our stakeholders had clarity.
